مرحبًا بك في تطبيق أمومة. إننا نضع خصوصية وأمان بياناتك الصحية والشخصية على رأس أولوياتنا المهنية. يضم التطبيق ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية لخدمتك:

قسم حملي: دليلك الشامل خلال فترة الحمل والولادة.
قسم طفلي: دليلك الشامل للتعامل مع الرُضّع والأطفال الصغار.
قسم لقاحي: دليلك الشامل للقاحات وجداول التطعيمات للأطفال والبالغين.

تهدف هذه السياسة إلى توضيح كيفية تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات التي تُدخلها، ونود طمأنتك بأن تطبيقنا صُمم هندسياً ليعمل كأداة إرشادية وتثقيفية دون انتهاك هويتك أو سريتك الرقمية.

                    💡 مبدأ الأمان الأساسي: تم بناء هذا التطبيق ليعمل وفق آلية المعالجة المحلية المستقلة (Zero-Server Architecture)، مما يعني أن بياناتك الطبية لا تخرج من نطاق جهازك الشخصي إطلاقاً (باستثناء خدمة "الاشتراك" الاختيارية الموضحة في البند السابع).
                

2. البيانات التي يتم إدخالها وكيفية معالجتها

3. تقنية الذاكرة المحلية (Local Storage)

نحن لا نمتلك ولا نستخدم أي خوادم سحابية (Cloud Servers) لتخزين سجلات المستخدمين. بدلاً من ذلك، نعتمد كلياً على ميزة الذاكرة المحلية في متصفحك وهاتفك (Local Storage / SharedPreferences) لحفظ معطياتك بشكل دائم ومحدود في جهازك فقط، وذلك لتسهيل استخدام التطبيق دون الحاجة لإعادة إدخال البيانات في كل مرة.

يمكنك التخلص من هذه البيانات ومسحها نهائياً في أي وقت تشاء من خلال مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات هاتفك.

4. تصفح الموسوعات والأدلة الطبية

عند بحثك وتصفحك للموسوعات والمقالات المتضمنة في التطبيق (سواء عن مراحل الحمل، رعاية الرُضّع، أو تفاصيل اللقاحات)، فإن التطبيق يعرض المحتوى العلمي لك محلياً. لا نقوم بمراقبة، تتبع، أو ربط سجل قراءتك وبحثك بهويتك الحقيقية، مما يوفر لك بيئة بحث آمنة وسرية.

5. المصادر والروابط الطبية الخارجية

يحتوي التطبيق على روابط تشير إلى مصادر صحية دولية موثوقة لغرض توثيق المحتوى العلمي. يرجى التنبه إلى أن تلك المواقع الخارجية تعمل بسياسات خصوصية منفصلة تماماً، وننصحك بالاطلاع عليها عند مغادرتك لتطبيقنا.

6. حقوقك وصلاحياتك المطلقة

جمع البيانات: في حال اختيارك الاشتراك بكامل إرادتك، سيتم جمع بعض البيانات الأساسية (مثل الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف للواتساب، وتواريخ متعلقة بالحمل أو الطفل) للتواصل معك.
التخزين الخارجي: تُعد هذه الخدمة هي الاستثناء الوحيد لمبدأ التخزين المحلي، حيث تُرسل البيانات المدخلة في هذه الاستمارة فقط وتُحفظ بشكل آمن ومشفر على خادم خارجي (قاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL) مخصص حصرياً لغرض إرسال الإشعارات.
حرية الاختيار وإلغاء الاشتراك: الاشتراك ليس إجبارياً لاستخدام وظائف التطبيق الأساسية. تملك الحق المطلق في إلغاء اشتراكك (Unsubscribe) ومسح بياناتك من خوادمنا بشكل نهائي في أي وقت من خلال نفس واجهة الاستمارة المتاحة بالتطبيق.

3. Local Storage Mechanism

We do not own, rent, or leverage central cloud server nodes to log user interactions. Instead, we dynamically interface with your phone's persistent Local Storage (and SharedPreferences) to save your parameters locally on your device only. This ensures a seamless experience without needing to re-enter data upon every visit.

You maintain ultimate sovereignty to purge these variables at will by clearing the app's data from your phone's settings.

When reviewing literature inside our structured reference libraries (whether about pregnancy stages, infant care, or vaccine details), documents are compiled locally on your device. We do not monitor, track, or link your reading habits and medical queries to your identity, providing a secure browsing environment.

To preserve academic validation, our application references third-party public global health infrastructure hyperlinks. These external domains govern their actions via independent privacy charters, and we advise you to review them once you step outside our app's scope.

6. User Autonomy & Sovereignty Rights
