1. القبول بالشروط

مرحبًا بك في تطبيق أمومة (بأقسامه الشاملة: حملي، طفلي، ولقاحي). يرجى العلم أنه باستخدامك أو وصولك لهذا التطبيق، فإنك تقر وتوافق بشكل كامل لا رجعة فيه على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام الموضحة أدناه وكافة القوانين المعمول بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فوراً.

2. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية الاستشارية

جميع المعلومات، وأدوات المتابعة، والجداول الزمنية للقاحات، والمحتوى التثقيفي الموجود في التطبيق (سواء المتعلق بمرحلة الحمل، أو العناية بالطفل، أو التطعيمات) يُقدم لأغراض إرشادية وتوعوية عامة فقط.

لا يمثل التطبيق بأي حال من الأحوال بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة، أو التشخيص السريري.
لا يغني التطبيق عن مراجعة طبيب النساء والتوليد المختص لمتابعة حملك، أو طبيب الأطفال لمتابعة صحة طفلك.
يجب على المستخدم دائماً مراجعة المراكز الصحية الحكومية المعتمدة قبل تلقي أي جرعة تطعيم أو اتخاذ قرار طبي.
لا ينبغي تجاهل النصيحة الطبية المتخصصة أبداً ولا التأخر في طلبها بسبب معلومة موجودة في هذا التطبيق. الاعتماد على أي معلومات يقدمها التطبيق يكون على مسئولية المستخدم الشخصية بالكامل.
لا يتحمل مطورو التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن مضاعفات صحية أو قرارات يتم اتخاذها بناءً على المعلومات أو الحسابات المقدمة.
إن استخدام هذا التطبيق أو قراءة محتواه لا يُنشئ علاقة (طبيب ومريض) بين المستخدم وبين مطوري التطبيق أو مقدمي المحتوى.

3. مسؤولية المستخدم ودقة البيانات

صحة البيانات: أنت تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن دقة أي بيانات تُدخلها (مثل تواريخ آخر دورة شهرية، تواريخ ميلاد الأطفال، الجنس، والحالة الصحية).
المخرجات: أي إدخال خاطئ للبيانات سيؤدي تلقائياً إلى نتائج ومواعيد غير دقيقة، والتطبيق غير مسؤول عن هذا الخلل.

4. الخصوصية والأمان

كافة حقوق النشر، العلامات التجارية، الأكواد البرمجية، التصاميم الهيكلية، النصوص، والموسوعة الطبية داخل تطبيق أمومة هي ملكية فكرية حصرية للمطورين، ومحمية بموجب قوانين حماية حقوق النشر المحلية والدولية. يُمنع منعاً باتاً نسخها أو إعادة استغلالها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن خطي مسبق.

The app relies entirely on the parameters you manually input to operate tools such as the "Due Date Calculator", "Child Growth Tracker", and "Smart Vaccination Schedule":
